Clearly what this whole episode illustrates to me is the culmination of our narcissistic media culture. Where the pursuit of reality fame trumps even our post-9/11 security obsessions. These nimrods, armed only with the confidence borne of shamelessness, have achieved their goal. And the media, even by chastising them, rewards them. It seems now the ultimate accomplishment is merely the documentation of your own presence. We're seeing that the display of our culture is developing itself into a mess.

I think you are my echo. When I first met you, I thought that it was as if all of the things I had shouted out into the world before knowing you had come back to me in your form. … All the hopes and wishes, dreams and happinesses that you have carried thus far, I’ll give to you. I love you.

If the man I married or was gonna marry said this to me, I’d be SOBBING.

they're all different, what should I do?"
